· Time-saving Design: This generation of DLX 90 furnaces is ready for upflow installations out of the box, with all parts included for downflow or horizontal conversions. It is dual certified for one or two-pipe venting and features a single-stage gas valve and single-stage ignition control. Most hose and clamp connections are pre-made by the factory, substantially reducing installation time. The low-profile furnaces are designed with easy-to-remove panels and extra-spacious service compartments to give technicians room to work. · Versatile Accessory Connections: These furnaces come with 24 and 115 volt connections for easy attachment of humidifiers. · Simplified Troubleshooting: The X DLX 90 furnace is equipped with a troubleshooting LED fault indicator that will diagnose practically all system-related malfunctions, and it’s easy to view through a sight glass in the blower door. Conventional gas valves also come standard on these furnaces to provide easy replacement and troubleshooting. The control board mounting plate has been modified for easier access while servicing. · Safe, Quiet Performance: Remote flame sensing offers the added safety of proving the flame lights all the way across the burners.
